Thank you, Mona!

geekychic:

There is so much happening in this photo, despite the fact that Karina beckons us only slightly.  My deep curiosity leads me to inch closer to her both with my camera and my questions.  I discover that Karina’s style is deliberate, and it’s a formula that has just proven successful because I am officially engaged.  This style “formula” I speak of is a test to others that plays to the tune of, “Can you keep up with me”?  I can only try, Karina.
Karina does most of her style curation online at what one can translate as hidden gems. She wears a Red Bat Wing Dress from an Australian label named Shakuhachi (full frame picture of her in the dress located in the post below this one), which she bought at one of her favourite online stores, Bona Drag. Her gorgeous sidekick to our left is vintage Coach also purchased online at an Etsy vintage shop.
Karina styles herself in a language that goes beyond self-expression. Picture men and women (yourself included because I know you do this) who use pivotal questions when they meet others of potential interest to gauge whether there will be a 2nd date or not. Instead of questions, Karina uses clothes.  This femme fatal redefines what it means to wear one’s heart on their sleeve.

Thank you, Mona!
